CEIS recruits a number of junior and senior consultants each year. Each recruitment takes place after a series of interviews followed by an operational evaluation. This process allows the preselected applicant to discover the richness of our skills and our business, and to get a better understanding of our organisation and values before recruitement is finalised. Finally, we give a maximum of support to each new recruit during the integration phase (we offer a customised program, tutoring and training).
