CEIS' European Office provides a range of services to optimise the performance of its clients in the European context:
- Studies and Analyses: Feasibility studies, forecasting studies, stakeholder mapping, issues monitoring and identification of important themes relating to the client's strategy;
- Engineering and Project Management: Selection of public tender calls for projects and public procurement from the European institutions' programs, identification of partners for the formation of consortia, as well as the management and coordination of European projects;
- Organising an annual conference on security and defence, policymakers' roundtables and debates: Conception, organisation and leading events or networks of cooperation, implementation of interactive networks bringing together both private and public partners.
To carry out its projects, the team relies on a network of contacts, experts and partners at the European level. CEIS consultants also conduct ongoing and targeted monitoring, using tools developed by CEIS. They monitor European legislative debates and regulatory missions and they maintain permanent visibility in Brussels through participation in numerous seminars, lectures and conferences.
